Henna on drums
Henna on Drums
Henna stains on natural product, and as so, I use it to decorate drums and sell them as a unique gift that is original as well as useful. if you don't know how to play a drum or tambourine, it could be used as home decor.
The drum is a musical instrument belonging to the percussion family, one of the oldest, most popular and valuable musical instruments in all cultures of the world. The structure of a drum is based on a resonance box which has a stretched flexible material over it, this is in many cases dried animal skin. Tapping on the box or on the skin with the hand or knocker (small wooden hammer) shake the tight material (membrane) or the whole box. This vibration creates fluctuations, expressed in sound or noise producing enhanced by the resonance.
In order to be able to use the drum as a musical instrument, the henna needs to be removed from it after is is dried and the stain will remain as a beautiful decorative design.
